Access My Healthcare

Access My Healthcare is an online calendar of health and community services and events that provides individuals, communities, clinicians, health practitioners and health service providers and planners to share meaningful and useful information that enhances access to required services, when and where they are needed.  We've successfully rolled it out in many of our Hospital and Health Service regions and continue to expand and engage with health and wellbeing service providers including Primary Health Networks, Aboriginal Medical Services and other not-for-profit organisations.


Access My Healthcare is linked to the Access My Community App (available iOS and Android) the platform that provides local information about visiting and local health services.

The My Community Directory Platform continues to grow and become more useful to our Members. With the addition of new member dashboards, it is easier and quicker to find information and support people that access services and user the community.

My Community Directory is linked to the Access My Community App (available iOS and Android) the platform provides local informaiton about clubs, groups and services in your pocket.

My Community Diary continues to grow with significant enhancements in the ways listings are created and the ability to share information.

The Platform now links information into widgets so that it can be displayed in other places too.

While we have been forced to think about the future, it is bright and we will be part of a better stronger communities as we work together.
